About me:
Hi I'm an early career researcher! My research lies at the intersection of bioinformatics and molecular biology, where I focus on proteomics with a specific emphasis on proteo-genomics in the context of alternative splicing. I combine established tools with custom-built bioinformatic solutions to address research questions. My projects involve the identification of alternative spliced isoforms at the proteome level, protein interactome analysis, and the development of selective O-linked sugar modifications in Arabidopsis thaliana.
To achieve these goals, I use advanced methodologies such as Tandem Mass Tag Mass (TMT) Spectrometry, RNA-seq, proteomic data mining, and crosslinking mass spectrometry. I’m particularly excited about leveraging AI to unlock insights in large-scale crosslinking and other proteomic data.
